Dear MiCTA K-12, Library and related Consortium Members, Now that the funding window for year 13 has been announced December 12, 2012 – March 14, 2013, we just want to remind you that MiCTA has available to you several active National Multi-Year 470’s covering current Eligible P1 and P2 Services and Products. Please find below the 470 numbers and the interactive vendor Logos related to Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) for each 470. These 470’s allow MiCTA to add/change services and pricing throughout the term of each MSA assuring that you will continue to receive the latest in technology offerings as well as the most competitive pricing. Specifically, our Video Systems P2 470 remains active through 2014 and our Telecommunication Services/Products P1 & P2 470’s are active through 2015 allowing you to sign a multi-year agreement with any of our Telecommunications Vendors. MiCTA is posting regular updates to the E-Rate Resources section of the MiCTA Web Site providing contact information and a company overview. Please click on a logo and you will be redirected to a page providing information on that respective MiCTA E-Rate provider. In addition, MiCTA now has agreements with 4 highly respected and extremely knowledgeable E-Rate Consulting firms as an outcome of National RFP’s released earlier this year. These nationally based E-Rate consulting firms have signed agreements with MiCTA assuring members of discounted fees for E-Rate services provided by them. Their logos also appear below providing a hot-link to their respective MiCTA contact person. It should also be noted that when MiCTA does file new 470’s all current MSA’s will remain in effect during the entire RFP/Contract negotiations process assuring that members using MiCTA 470’s/MSA’s or MSA’s under their own 470 will not expire during any funding cycle as understood by USAC.
